Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administration and be proficient in handling various office tasks within a healthcare setting.

Duties:

- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain databases
- Assist with office administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Provide support to visitors and clients at the front desk
-Follow organized filing systems
-Retrieve documents and paperwork when requested,
-Create and update records
-Assign access to documents
-Enter paperwork into an electronic system
-Scanning files regularly to ensure their correct positions and to search for missing records
-Preparing outdated files following protocol, or moving these to inactive storage]
-Receiving and forwarding mail and courier packages.
-Docev all incoming documents from clients and Defendant
-Requesting medical and billing records
-Requesting any documents needed

Qualifications

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
- Knowledge of file management best practices
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
