Job Overview
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about animals and comfortable spending long hours on the road. This role involves picking up animals from private residences or airport cargo facilities and transporting them to destinations across the United States.

Ideal candidates should have a genuine love for animals and feel confident handling them. Strong phone skills are essential, as the job requires regular communication with pet owners. You will also need to take and share photos and videos of the animals using your phone.

All travel expenses—including flights, hotels, transportation, and gas—are covered; however, reimbursement is required, so applicants must have a valid credit card with a minimum available balance of approximately $1,000. Assignments can range from a few hours to multi-day trips lasting up to 3–4 days.

Duties

10-12 hours of driving per day
Stopping every 3-4 hrs for potty/food/water breaks
Pick up animals from private residences or airport cargo facilities
Safely transport animals across various locations in the United States
Take and send photos and videos of the animals during transport
Communicate with pet owners regularly through WhatsApp
Coordinate and manage travel logistics (flights, hotels, car rentals, fuel)
Maintain the well-being and safety of animals throughout the journey
Handle assignments that vary from a few hours to several days in duration

Skills

Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with pet owners.
Knowledge of animal restraint methods to ensure safe transport.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor around animals.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
Comfortable admistering medication
Assist with loading and unloading animals, ensuring minimal stress for the pets.
Provide basic care for animals during transport, including feeding or administering medications if required.
Strong passion for and comfort around animals
Ability to handle long hours of driving and travel
Excellent communication skills, particularly via phone
Proficiency with smartphones, including taking photos and videos
Familiarity with WhatsApp for messaging and media sharing
Responsible with managing travel expenses and reimbursement
Reliable and self-directed while on the road
