About Us

Our mission is to help people sleep better by diagnosing and treating their sleep apnea. We are looking for a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to guide patients through their sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment journey, helping them with their questions and concerns along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Facilitation

Help patients understand the sleep apnea diagnosis and therapy journey
Facilitate patients getting started with our smart ring, mobile app and digital care platform
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate difficult cases as needed
Work with patients to schedule medical appointments and therapy
Coordinate behind the scenes with third care providers to provide a seamless experience
Gather feedback from patients to help improve our patient experience and product

Logistics and Internal Support

Help with inventory management, fulfillment, and shipment of patient devices
Resolve ecommerce and payment issues as they arise
Monitor and report any technical issues or trends in patient concerns

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in healthcare facilitation, customer support, or direct customer interaction roles (eg: retail or service industry).
Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and clarity in messages.
Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and internal documentation tools (e.g., Atlassian products).
Experience working in a technology startup environment.
Experience working with patients in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or remote patient monitoring (RPM) setting.
