Dental Front Office

General & Cosmetic Private Practice – Sarasota, 34236

Immediate opening for busy 3 doctor private practice that is seeking a self-motivated, friendly, energetic, responsible front office administrator who wants to be part of our exceptional team and culture. We are expanding and need the right person to help facilitate this growth. Dental experience is required and Eaglesoft experience is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Exceptional customer service at all times

- Manage incoming calls, texts, e-mails promptly & professionally

- Scheduling appointments & assisting patients with check-in, check-out, accepting payments, verification of insurance benefits, etc.

- Maintaining digital office records and documentation

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, efficient & timely

Qualifications:

-Experience working in a dental office, minimum of 1 year

-Understanding of dental clinical practices, HIPAA compliance and treatment presentation

-Knowledge of insurance plans & breakdowns

-Exceptional customer service

-Knowledge of Eaglesoft a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sarasota, FL 34236: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Dental office: 1 year (Required)
