Responsibilities

Learn, support and participate in the following North America and EU/UK Regulatory functions for e.l.f. Beauty:
Raw material review
Formula review
Copy, claims and digital asset review
Product registration and notification including cosmetics, SPF and acne products
WERCSmart registration and SDS review
US FDA OTC and Health Canada DIN/NPN submissions
Recyclability and EPR reporting
Leaping Bunny, PETA, Vegan and EWG certification
Documenting processes and procedures
Meets on a weekly basis with Manager and Regulatory Team to provide updates on projects, results achieved, obtain help and direction as needed

Requirements:

Highly collaborative. Works well individually and in a team environment to achieve results that move the business forward
Excellent organizational skills
Exhibits strong communication skills, both written and orally
Comfortable learning and working with web-based databases and submission portals
Excellent computer skills including, Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and PowerPoint
Science curriculum (chemistry, biology, engineering) or related field
Must be self-motivated and be capable of multi-tasking
Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and quality of information generated
