Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Informaticist to lead the integration of healthcare data and technology to improve clinical decision-making and patient outcomes. You’ll serve as the bridge between clinical teams and IT.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinicians to understand workflows and translate them into digital solutions
Contribute to innovation projects and informatics research initiatives
Design, implement, and optimize electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical decision support tools
Train healthcare staff on new technologies and systems
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy laws, and IT security standards
Analyze clinical data to identify trends, improve outcomes, and support research
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for health information systems
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies
Participate in vendor selection and management for health IT systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, or related field.
RN or LPN license (if clinical background required)
3+ years of experience in clinical settings and/or health IT
Strong understanding of EHR systems (Cerner)
Proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, administrative, and technical teams

Pay: $63,225.01 - $76,141.95 per year
