Our client, a leading global executive search firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a Recruiting Consultant in their healthcare search practice. The hours are 8:30/9am-5/5:30pm (flex to check email after hours) and this role is hybrid with two days in the office and three days remote.

Responsibilities:

Compile and create meeting materials and presentations, edit/revise/proofread as needed
Manage a busy calendar of internal and external meetings where priorities shift
Run reports, manage and track information in a CRM
Proactively coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Complete and submit expense reports

Qualifications:

5-7+ years of experience in a support role
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Project management experience

Compensation/Benefits:

Up to $90k base depending on experience + over time + bonus
