Role Description

This is a summer internship role for a Marketing Assistant at Areterna, a Synthgene Company located in Gaithersburg, MD, with flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with various day-to-day tasks, including market research, social media management, content creation, campaign analysis, and event coordination.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Demonstrated analytical and research skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
