Assist the management team in carrying out ADC & AE’s business office and marketing initiatives and strategy to promote the business by driving patient awareness of services and products offered. Monitor the marketing committee in completing their assigned tasks. Perform business office duties required to assist the clinic in providing patient care consistent with ADC’s mission, in compliance with clinic policies and procedures and with all regulatory boards and standards.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist Management in the following:

o Identifying the target audience for ADC & AE’s marketing efforts

o Choosing platforms for print and digital marketing

o Communication with promoters and vendors

o Generating marketing messages and other promotional content

o Ensuring consistency in branding and messaging

o Reputation monitoring

o Tracking promotional efforts

o Event planning and promotions

o Strategy Planning

Evaluate and process charge tickets to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with standard entities

Effectively communicate with outside entities regarding bills, payments, appeals, and collections.

Accurately perform accounting functions in accounts payable, and accounts receivable, as assigned, including:

o Generate, review and send statements, payments, and letters

o Apply patient payments as needed; by mail, over the phone or other

o Balance batches collected from Front Desk Staff

o Deposit payments and submit deposit slips to management

o Review patient accounts to determine their status, and process accordingly

o Issue refund checks to patients with credit balances on their account, and for whom refund requests have been submitted

o Process and maintain accounting reports and spreadsheets

o Assist business office staff to maximize effectiveness in duties, including identifying, clarifying, and improving steps involved, and education/training of other staff members

Organize and deliver mail to appropriate departments, as assigned.

Complete any additional tasks and/or projects, as assigned by management.

Attend and participate in required meetings.

Assist in patient communication and understanding of services and instructions, using any variety of written and verbal methods and languages.

Provide personal transportation for travel between and among job sites.

Actively update and maintain credentialing on all providers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
